Daniel Cabaña is an accountant by education and profession. He is a CPA. He considers himself as a pragmatic person who believes he is also on the journey for continuous discovery and learning. He is passionate about technology and growing businesses.
From 1980, he was employed by various companies in quick food service, manufacturing, construction, retail chain stores, casual fine dining, leisure, and distribution. Daniel rose from the ranks with various roles as an accountant, IT manager, finance, production and logistics, and general manager.
Daniel was Vice President in his last 5 years of employment for a group of companies in food manufacturing, distribution, and franchising. His significant contribution was to help the companies stay afloat while being debt-ridden, pay off loans and grow the businesses.
By end of 2005, he decided to look after highly sustaining personal interests towards retirement.
In 2007, Daniel started Digital Steer IT Solutions. The business is into the distribution of business software, related services, web hosting, and websites. His business delivered to no less than 500 companies across various industries.
In 2015, he obtained his Real Estate Broker and Appraiser licenses from the Professional Regulation Commission. He had several transactions on residential, commercial, and institutional types.
Daniel currently works as an affiliate for two companies that are into real estate and business brokerage. He believes that commercial real estate (primary focus) and business brokering have more advantages and deeply intertwined.
Daniel joined Keller Williams Philippines in February 2018.
He also joined LINK Business Broking Philippines in June 2019.
Both are in the business of helping real estate property owners/business owners and real estate property buyers/business buyers fulfill their respective goals.
As of this writing, Daniel has a goal of building a team of people with diverse talents to help grow his brokerage business.
